I search for potential candidates by a fixed amount of hours at a fixed rate and bring them into contact with you. If the interest is mutual for both the applicant and employer, I’ll leave it to both parties to discuss and negotiate without my disturbance.

Am I one of those pain-in-the-neck recruiters, selling you a job you don’t want? No, I bring people into contact, check mutual interest and leave it up to both the employer and candidate to decide and negotiate.

Am I making money on your resume? No, I get paid by the hour by the employer, regardless of success and what you will earn. My job is to be personal and treat you with respect, without a financial incentive to lure you into something you don’t like.

Will I copy and distribute your resume to other employers? No, never. I search specifically for the job I’ve contacted you about. If you are not interested, I will delete your records.
